Abstract:
Based on ten typical cases of sudden network opinion crisis events,the study uses comparative methods to analyze the relationship between events heat,time interval of the event breaking,frequency,time interval,subject types and strategy change of government response and the effect of government actions. It points out that there is no significant correlation between the event heat and the government response,while response with more times and a higher level of subject or the third-party typically result in better effects. In addition,effective government response usually makes use of various strategies,mainly including positive strategies.
