骨料粒径对混凝土力学性能影响研究

Influence of Aggregate Size on Mechanical Properties of Concrete

  • 摘要: 为研究粗骨料平均粒径对混凝土力学性能的影响,利用MTS试验机进行了M40、M80和M110砂浆及对应不同粗骨料粒径混凝土的准静态压缩与劈裂试验,获得了各试件的准静态压缩应力-应变曲线和劈裂应力-时间曲线,分析了粗骨料粒径对不同等级混凝土的影响程度,并借助双因素方差分析方法研究了砂浆抗压强度和骨料粒径对混凝土抗压强度的影响程度.结果表明:随着粗骨料粒径的增加,混凝土的抗压强度、杨氏模量和抗拉强度具有相似的变化趋势,即呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,粗骨料粒径对混凝土抗压强度的影响随着砂浆强度的增加而变大,对杨氏模量的影响却随着砂浆强度增大而减小;砂浆抗压强度对混凝土压缩强度的影响程度要大于骨料粒径.

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influence of coarse aggregate size on the mechanical properties of concrete,the quasi-static compression and splitting tensile experiments of M40,M80 and M110 mortars and concrete with different coarse aggregate sizes were conducted by MTS. The quasi-static compressive stress-strain curve and splitting stress-time curve of each specimen were obtained. Then,the influence of coarse aggregate size on different grade concrete was analyzed. Moreover,the influence of mortar compressive strength and aggregate size on concrete compressive strength was studied by means of two-way analysis of variance. The results show that the compressive strength,Young's modulus and tensile strength of concrete have a similar change tendency with the coarse aggregate size increased,in other words,the tendency of first increasing and then decreasing. The effect of coarse aggregate size on the concrete compressive strength is increased with mortar strength increasing,but the influence on Young's modules is decreased with the mortar strength increased. The influence of mortar compressive strength on concrete compressive strength is greater than that of aggregate size.
