电动汽车空调系统随机模型预测控制算法研究

A Stochastic Model Predictive Control Algorithm for Electric Vehicle Air-Conditioning System

  • 摘要: 为提高电动汽车空调系统的能量效率,提出一种基于马尔可夫链的随机模型预测控制算法. 热负荷扰动对空调系统的温度性能和能量效率存在较大影响,因此文中采用移动边界和集总参数方法,逐步建立了压缩制冷循环和车舱热负荷的动力学模型,建立的空调系统控制模型中包含了热负荷信息.采用马尔可夫链随机方法预测热负荷干扰,提出随机模型预测控制算法. 仿真结果表明,该算法提升了空调系统的温度性能和能量效率.

     

    Abstract: A stochastic model predictive control(SMPC) algorithm based on Markov chain was proposed to improve the energy efficiency of the AC(air-conditioning) system. Due to the significant influence of heat load disturbance on the temperature performance and energy efficiency of AC system,the dynamics of the refrigeration cycle and cabin heat load was modeled based on the moving-boundary and lumped parameter method in this paper,and the heat load information was incorporated into the control model of AC system. Then,adopting the Markov chain algorithm to predict the disturbance of heat load,a stochastic model predictive control algorithm was proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the temperature performance and energy efficiency of the AC system.
