应用正交试验法的RHT模型参数敏感性研究

Study on the Parameter Sensitivity of RHT Concrete Model by Orthogonal Test Technique

  • 摘要: 基于RHT模型的理论分析,选出A、N、B、M、BQfs/fcTtenD1Ef,min 9个参数作为正交试验分析参数,研究RHT模型中参数的敏感性.运用Autodyn程序对弹丸侵彻混凝土过程进行数值分析,确定了不同参数、不同水平值下弹丸的侵彻深度.采用极差分析法对参数的敏感程度进行量化分析,得出9个参数的敏感性排序为B > Ef,min > Tten > fs/fc > N > M > D1 > BQ > A.结合3组典型数值试验损伤云图和侵彻深度的对比分析,认为参数B、Ef,minTten对数值模拟试验结果的影响极大,应采取可靠的技术手段准确确定其取值.

     

    Abstract: Based on theoretical analysis, analytical parameters A, N, B, M, BQ, fs/fc, Tten,D1 and Ef,min were analyzed by orthogonal test to assess the sensitivity of parameters in the RHT concrete model. The Autodyn program was used to simulate the penetration depth of the projectile with different parameters and different values. The sensitivity of the parameters was quantitatively analyzed, and the nine parameters were ranked as:B > Ef,min > Tten > fs/fc > N>M > D1 > BQ > A. The comparative analysis of damage nephogram and penetration depth derived from three typical numerical tests indicate that the parameters B, Ef,min and Tten have a significant influence on the numerical simulation results, which should be accurately determined by reliable technical means.
