对流室炉管外壁清洗机设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Outer Wall Cleaning Machine for Convection Section

  • 摘要: 针对加热设备对流室内炉管积灰导致能源浪费和安全隐患等问题,设计了一种可在炉管上实现行走、导向与越障功能的清洗机.该清洗机携带有喷杆,可喷射高压水射流对炉管外壁进行清洗.喷杆可自由调整摆角以实现不同层多根炉管外壁的全面清洗.根据清洗机的结构以及工作流程,设计了清洗机的控制系统.对清洗机进行了动力学仿真,对清洗机设计参数进行了优选.搭建了试验平台与样机,试验结果表明,该清洗机运行平稳,搭载高压水射流后可实现炉管清洗作业.

     

    Abstract: To solve the problems of energy waste and hidden danger caused by ash in the convection section of chemical equipment, a washing machine was designed with walking, guiding and over obstacle functions on the furnace tube. The washing machine was also designed to carry a spray bar and to be able spray high-pressure water, cleaning the outer wall of the furnace tube. The spray bar was arranged to be freely adjusted to achieve full cleaning the outer wall of multi-furnace tubes in different layers. According to the structure of the washing machine and the work process, a control system was designed for the washing machine. The dynamics simulation of the washing machine was carried out, and the design parameters of the washing machine were optimized. A test platform and the prototype were built. Experiment results show that, the cleaning machine can run smoothly, and the furnace tube cleaning operation can be realized with the installed high-pressure water jet.
