含预制孔洞混凝土的断裂实验研究

Experimental Research on Fracture of Concrete with Prefabricated Holes

  • 摘要: 为研究含孔洞缺陷类岩体在单轴加载条件下裂缝萌生、扩展、演化及贯通的过程,制作了含不同数量的预制孔洞混凝土试件,进行单轴加载断裂实验,根据实验过程使用ANSYS软件进行数值模拟,分析其应力分布情况,将实验结果和数值计算进行对比,结果表明:试件的破坏模式及孔洞的贯通模式与孔洞的数量及分布有关,试件破坏模式主要为劈裂破坏和剪切破坏,使用ANSYS软件计算所得的结果和实验结果较为吻合.

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the process of crack initiation, propagation, evolution and penetration under loading conditions, concrete specimens with different numbers of prefabricated holes were created and fracture experiments with uniaxial loading were conducted. Numerical simulation was done using the ANSYS software to analyze stress distribution according to the experimental process. Experimental results and numerical calculations were compared. Experimental results showed that the failure mode of the specimen and the penetration mode of hole are related to the number and distribution of holes. The failure modes of the specimen are mainly splitting failure and shearing failure. The results obtained with the ANSYS software are consistent with the experimental results.
