Abstract:
The flow ripple has become one of the important factors that affect the performance of the piston pump.In this paper,an inline type double row axial piston pump was designed based on the study results of flow ripple,and the flow equation of the double row axial piston pump was established.With the different plunger parameters such as plunger size,number,and distribution,the flow ripple was calculated and analyzed,and the flow pulsation change rule of the double row axial piston pump was obtained.Taking the low non-uniform coefficient of flow as the optimization objective,the plunger parameters of the piston pump with the minimum flow pulsation were obtained,laying a theoretical foundation for the design of the inline type double row axial piston pump.
