Abstract: Based on the concept of C^*-algebra-valued metric spaces, the definition of strong C^*-algebra-valued b-metric spaces was introduced, and furthermore, a corresponding fixed point theorem was proven. As an application, the existence and uniqueness of a kind of operator equation was presented.
