Micro Fluid-Driving Structure Based On Controllable Hydraulic Valve

  • 摘要: 一种基于液压驱动的微阀结构的微流体驱动结构及其驱动方法,微阀结构采用压电陶瓷作为能量输出单元,以作用于压电陶瓷的可控PWM波实现实时开关控制.在该驱动结构中置有主泵腔以及多个液压微阀,采用高速动态调节各微阀开关状态的方式实施流体的驱动.该驱动结构具有体积小,控制精确,易于集成于微流控芯片等特点,可用于微全分析系统中的流体驱动,POCT小型化设备的流体控制等方面.

     

    Abstract: A microfluidic driving structure and its method of micro valve based on hydraulic drive were proposed.The valve uses piezoelectric ceramics(Pzt)as power and PWM as real-time switch and the driving structure consists of main pump chamber and several hydraulic micro valves.All of valves were switched at a high speed to drive the liquid flow dynamically.The units have advantages of small,accurate and easy to be integrated into microfluidic chips,which can be used in uTAS systems,POCT miniaturization equipment and other aspects.
