重离子辐照对神经相关肿瘤细胞旁效应的影响研究

Bystander Effects Induced by Heavy Ion Irradiation on Neural Tumor Cells

  • 摘要: 提出一种新型检测重离子辐射诱导肿瘤细胞旁效应的方法.建立了通过细胞培养基的转移,利用经辐照后的细胞分泌的信号因子来影响未受辐照细胞的模型.使用该方法模拟体内神经相关肿瘤细胞遭受到重离子辐照的条件,考察其周围未受辐照细胞受其影响在细胞增殖以及细胞凋亡方面的变化.结果表明:重离子辐照神经相关肿瘤细胞会对未辐照正常细胞产生增殖抑制的效应,在一定范围内,其效应与辐照的时间和剂量成正比,且一定范围内,辐照剂量越高,细胞凋亡及坏死的比例越大.

     

    Abstract: A new method for the detection of the bystander effects of heavy ion radiation on tumor cells was proposed.A model was established mainly based on the signal factors that were secreted by cells after radiation to influence cells without radiation by means of the culture medium transfer experiment.This model was in accordance with actual measurements and convenient for computation.This method was used to simulate neural tumor cells affected by heavy-ion radiation in vivo and investigate the changes in the proliferation and apoptosis of cells not irradiated but cultured in the media harvested form the irradiated cells.Simulation results indicated that neural tumor cells will release special signal molecules after radiation,and these molecules can inhibit the proliferation of normal cells.Moreover,the inhibition effect was proportional to the time and dosage of heavy ion irradiation.
