伸缩鸭舵式修正迫弹螺杆传动机构工况研究

Research on Working Condition of Screw-Driving Actuator for Mortar Projectile with Reciprocating Canards

  • 摘要: 为研究伸缩鸭舵式修正迫弹执行机构工况,建立了执行机构在伸展过程中的时间模型和动力学模型,探讨了机构的连杆长度和起始位置角对伸展响应时间和电机输出扭矩的影响.计算结果表明:电机转速为3 000r/min时,螺杆传动机构的伸展响应时间小于25 ms且满足工程要求;鸭舵受到最大空气动力为30 N时,执行机构能够控制鸭舵自由伸缩,所需电机扭矩小于0.5 N·m;连杆长度和起始角度越大,电机输出扭矩越小且变化趋于平稳.

     

    Abstract: The time model and dynamic model of the actuator in the stretching process was established to investigate the working condition of screw-driving actuator for mortar projectile with reciprocating canards. The effects of the length and initial angle of the connecting rob on the stretching response time and the output torque of the motor were discussed. The calculated results indicate that when the motor rotation speed is 3 000 r/min, the stretching response time is less than 25 ms and meets the engineering requirements. When the maximum aerodynamic force is 30 N, the actuator can freely control the reciprocation of canards, and the essential motor torque is less than 0.5. The greater the length and initial angle of the connecting rob are, the smaller the value of the motor output torque is and the smoother the fluctuation becomes.
