暴雨天气对城市道路通行能力的影响分析

Impact of Rainstorm Weather on Urban Road Capacity

  • 摘要: 暴雨天气严重影响城市道路交通的正常运行,其造成的路面积水和视线障碍,降低了道路通行能力.以深圳市天气数据和线圈检测器数据为基础,对比分析暴雨天气和正常天气、小雨天气、中雨天气的城市道路交通流特性,分析不同天气下流量-密度关系,基于格林希尔兹模型,定量研究城市主干路和次干路通行能力的折减系数,为城市道路应对暴雨天气的应急管理提供支持.

     

    Abstract: Operation of urban traffic is seriously affected by the rainstorm weather, and water is gathered on the surface and drivers' vision are obstructed, which leads to a decrease of road capacity. Based on the weather data and coil detector data in Shenzhen, the urban traffic flow characteristics under rainstorm, light rain, moderate rain and normal weather conditions were compared in this study, and their flow-density relationships were analyzed according to the Green-shields model. Moreover, the road capacity reduction coefficients for urban arterial and sub arterial roads were quantitative calculated, respectively. The results provide theoretical support for the emergency management of urban traffic operation under rainstorm weather.
