Abstract: To determine whether use RFID-WSN under same situation for hazardous materials transportation real-time monitoring,two models were established. According to scenario decision tree, comparisons were made between two models from perspectives of the probability of failure of hazardous materials transportation, the compensation cost of hazardous materials transpor-tation and transportation costs of hazardous materials using MATLAB. The result shows model 1 can reduce the dynamic transportation cost compared with model 2.
