不同转向架中心距铁路平车动力学性能仿真研究

Study on Dynamics Performance of Railroad Flatcar with Different Truck Center Length Based on Simulation

  • 摘要: 研究具有不同转向架中心距NX70和NX70A型铁路平车的动力学性能.应用Simpack仿真平台建立动力学模型,根据中国铁路线路条件及货物装载基本技术条件设定运行工况和装载工况.采用脱轨系数和轮重减载率作为车辆动力学性能评判指标,基于指标最大值和均方根对比分析两种平车的动力学性能.仿真结果表明转向架中心距较大的平车表现出更好的动力学性能.

     

    Abstract: The dynamics performances of NX70 and NX70A with different truck center length were studied. The virtual models were built in Simpack. The running and loading conditions were designed in accordance with the railroad line and loading technical specification in China. Derailment coefficient and wheel unloading rate were used as evaluation indexes. The peak value and RMS of indexes were calculated for evaluating dynamics performance. The simulation results indicate that the flat car with longer truck center has better dynamics performance.
