公铁联运轴辐式网络货运枢纽布局优化模型

Layout Optimization Model of Freight Hubs for Road-Rail Intermodal Transportation Hub-and-Spoke Network

  • 摘要: 为提高综合货运交通枢纽布局的科学性和合理性,基于公铁联运轴辐式网络产生不同的“流量-运费”折扣系数和不同类型枢纽的时间延迟因子,提出考虑能力限制的公铁联运轴辐式网络货运枢纽布局优化模型,运用禁忌搜索算法进行求解.最后将模型和算法应用于京津冀和晋陕构成的煤炭运输网络实例中,进行分析求解.结果表明,该模型和算法在解决公铁联运轴辐式网络货运枢纽布局问题具有较高的可行性和有效性,为枢纽规划部门提供决策参考.

     

    Abstract: The hub-and-spoke network of road-rail intermodal transportation could produce the different ‘flow-cost’ discount factors and delay factors for consolidation/breakbulk at hubs. In order to improve the scientific nature and rationality of integrated freight hub layout, the layout optimization model of freight hubs with capacity constraints was developed. A tabu search meta-heuristic was used to solve the problem. Finally, this model and algorithm were applied in the coal network which consists of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi and Shaanxi, and further analyzed and resolved. The results show that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible and effective in solving the layout optimization problem of freight hubs for road-rail intermodal transportation hub-and-spoke network, which proposes references for hub planning department.
