Abstract:
Taking Shanghai railtransit system as an example, topology of rail transit network was made by Space L method and the node strength, weighted shortest path were then computed and analyzed by considering passenger flows as edge weight. Simulation results show that the node strength of Shanghai rail transit network follows power-law distribution and the weighted shortest pathis large, thusconnectivityof it shouldbeimproved. Shanghai Railway Station, Caoyang Road and Zhenping Road have great influence on both network efficiency and the largestconnected cluster under intentional attack, which indicates they arethemost critical nodes in the network and there is a necessityfor enhanced protection in operation especially.
