Abstract:
In order to understand whether the risk is acceptable and to accomplish the quantitative assessment of the major hazard sources in port oil storage and transportation, the "ALARP principle" was introduced, the individual risk acceptance criteria formulated by the British HSE was adopted, and the social risk (
F/N) curve was used to establish the major hazard assessment model. The results show that the evaluation method is fully supported by theory, the conclusion is concise and clear, and the case analysis has a good effect on the safety management of port oil storage and transportation.
