Dynamic Distortional Buckling of C-Section Cold-Formed Steel Member Under Axial Impact

  • 摘要: 为了对轴向动态冲击载荷下C型冷弯薄壁钢构件的屈曲行为进行研究.采用了落锤冲击试验机、高速摄影仪并结合数字散斑分析技术对C型冷弯薄壁钢构件动态冲击载荷下的屈曲模式、临界载荷和极限承载力做了相关探索性研究和数据分析,并将实验结果和Abaqus数值仿真结果进行比较.结果表明:数值计算的动态屈曲临界应力与实验的临界应力相差较大,而数值模拟的屈曲后的应力-应变曲线和实验结果较为吻合;动态冲击下构件的极限承载力有很大提升.

     

    Abstract: The dynamic distortional buckling of C-section cold-formed thin-walled steel under axial impacting was studied in this paper. The drop hammer impact testing device, high-speed camera and the digital speckle correlation method were used to carry out exploratory tests research and data analysis on the critical distortional buckling stresses and ultimate bearing capacities of C-section cold-formed thin-walled steel members under axial impact. The results of tests were compared with those of the numerical simulations from ABAQUS. It indicates that the critical stress of dynamic distortional buckling from simulation results are different with those from test results. The stress-strain curves of post-buckling from simulation and tests are in accord with each other. The ultimate bearing capacity of steel members under the axial impact was improved greatly.
