车辆底部防护蜂窝夹层结构抗冲击性能分析

Impact Resistance Analysis of Honeycomb Sandwich Structure for the Vehicle Bottom Protection

  • 摘要: 为满足车辆底部爆炸冲击防护需求,仿真分析爆炸冲击作用下单层纵向、横向布置蜂窝夹层结构与1.5层、双层横向布置蜂窝夹层结构的防护性能,对比分析不同蜂窝结构的压缩变形、吸能、车身地板加速度和假人小腿垂直方向受力,并对双层横向布置蜂窝夹层结构进行试验验证.分析结果表明:横向布置蜂窝夹层结构吸能性能较好,纵向布置蜂窝夹层结构刚度和强度较好,双层蜂窝夹层结构抗冲击性能较好.

     

    Abstract: In order to protect the bottom of vehicle in explosion shock, the protection performance was simulated for several honeycomb sandwich structures, including single layer vertical, horizontal layout honeycomb sandwich structure and 1.5 layer, double layer horizontal layout honeycomb sandwich structure. And some other performances of honeycomb structure were analyzed comparatively. for example, the compression distortion, energy absorption, body floor acceleration and dummy lower leg Z-force. And experimental verification was taken for double layer horizontal layout honeycomb sandwich structures. The results show that, the energy absorption property of horizontal layout honeycomb sandwich structure is better, the stiffness and strength of vertical layout honeycomb sandwich structure are better, and impact resistance of double honeycomb sandwich structure is better.
