Abstract:
In order to protect the bottom of vehicle in explosion shock, the protection performance was simulated for several honeycomb sandwich structures, including single layer vertical, horizontal layout honeycomb sandwich structure and 1.5 layer, double layer horizontal layout honeycomb sandwich structure. And some other performances of honeycomb structure were analyzed comparatively. for example, the compression distortion, energy absorption, body floor acceleration and dummy lower leg Z-force. And experimental verification was taken for double layer horizontal layout honeycomb sandwich structures. The results show that, the energy absorption property of horizontal layout honeycomb sandwich structure is better, the stiffness and strength of vertical layout honeycomb sandwich structure are better, and impact resistance of double honeycomb sandwich structure is better.
