气体泄漏红外成像检测系统的性能测试方法研究

摘要: 气体泄漏红外成像检测技术以其高效率遥测成像等显著优势成为气体泄漏检测的有效手段之一,针对此类系统探测能力的评价方法不全面的问题,通过改造MRTD测量靶标及方式,提出了适用于被动式气体红外成像检测系统性能的最小可分辨气体浓度MRGC (minimum resolvable gas concentration)评价方法,设计并搭建了MRGC性能测试系统,并以乙烯气体为检测目标进行了测试,测试结果与系统MRTD曲线的变化趋势具有较好的一致性.Abstract: As a result of its significant advantages of high efficiency and remote imaging detection, gas leak infrared imaging detection technology has become one of the most effective means to detect gas leaks. This paper focuses on the performance measurement system of gas leak infrared imaging detection system. A novel minimum resolvable gas concentration(MRGC) evaluation method was proposed that was suitable for evaluating the performance of the passive gas leak infrared imaging detection system. The MRGC measurement system was designed and built. The measurement result, using ethylene as the target gas, and the minimum resolvable temperature difference (MRTD) curve were in good agreement, which sufficiently demonstrated the effectiveness of the MRGC performance evaluation method.
