A Novel Model-Based Approach for T Wave Quantification

  • 摘要: T波的定量分析是T波交替定量分析的基础.针对T波定量分析中面临的T波非对称性、逐搏间动态变化以及动态监护环境下的脉冲噪声干扰问题,从随机系统动态建模与估计理论出发,提出一种新的适用于T波定量分析的心电信号动态模型,建立逐搏T波波形检测与分析的非线性Bayes估计框架,实现强噪声背景下单通道T波的逐搏定量分析,为动态监护环境下基于简单导联的逐搏T波交替信号定量分析奠定理论与技术基础.最后通过实测数据验证了文中算法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: T wave alternans detection is the basis of the quantification of T wave for an electrocardiogram (ECG) signal. According to the dynamical modeling and estimation theory, a nonlinear Bayesian filtering framework was proposed to approximate the T wave under impulsive noise with a novel dynamical model for the asymmetric T wave. Results of tests on realistic ECG data demonstrate that the proposed approach can effectively quantify the T wave on a beat-to-beat basis from a single ECG channel, enabling the T wave alternans quantification on a beat to beat basis with limited channels.
