检测皮肤烧伤的单边核磁共振方法研究

Method Study of the Skin Burn Degree Assessment Using Unilateral NMR

  • 摘要: 提出一种判断皮肤烧伤程度以及诊断烧伤后皮肤康复情况的监护方法.用两种不同配比的油膜模拟健康皮肤与烧伤皮肤,并用油膜与盖玻片相间叠放的样品模拟皮肤结构,在单边磁体共振仪上进行了横向弛豫时间(T2)测量实验与一维分层实验,此外还通过分辨率测量实验探究该仪器的纵向分辨率.结果表明:根据横向弛豫时间完全可辨别不同的油膜,而且一维分层实验可精确分辨出高度方向的频谱分布,验证了该方法完全具备鉴别皮肤烧伤深度及分层检测皮肤烧伤情况的可能性.

     

    Abstract: A new method to assess skin burn severity was presented, which also provided a diagnostic tool for evaluating the recovery status after skin burn. Two kinds of oil samples with different transverse relaxation time T2 were employed to simulate healthy and burned skins. A sandwich-like sample, which was stacked alternately by oil films and cover glasses, was constructed to simulate skin structure. Then, T2 relaxation time and one-dimensional profile experiments were conducted on unilateral NMR spectrometer. In addition, the resolution measurement was done to find the vertical resolution of the spectrometer. NMR spectrometer can distinguish different oil samples based on T2, and one-dimensional profile experiment can give an accurate frequency spectrum along depth direction. Thus, it is feasible to use unilateral NMR to assess the degree of skin burn.
