单向玻璃纤维增强复合材料动态拉伸力学特性研究

Tensile Dynamic Behaviour of Unidirectional Glass Fiber Reinforced Composite

  • 摘要: 为了获得抗爆容器用玻璃纤维增强复合材料在其主承力方向的动态拉伸力学特性,利用Hopkinson拉杆研究了单向玻璃纤维增强复合材料在400~2000 s<sup<-1</sup<应变率范围内的动态拉伸特性,并根据实验结果建立了其动态拉伸的一维本构关系. 结果表明:单向玻璃纤维增强复合材料沿纤维方向的动态强度和断裂应变随应变率的增大而提高,具有明显的应变率效应.

     

    Abstract: Tensile dynamic behavior of unidirectional glass fiber reinforced composite(GRFP) which was used for shell of anti-explosion container was investigated in the strain rate range of 400~2000 s<sup<-1</sup<, and the one-dimensional dynamic constitutive relation was derived. The results of tests show obviously influence of strain rate to the fracture strength and strain of a unidirectional GRFP in the fiber direction.
