装药背板对破片冲击引爆的影响研究

Influence of Shock Initiation in Covered Explosive with a Rear Barrier by Fragment

  • 摘要: 为研究背板对破片冲击起爆屏蔽装药的影响,运用数值仿真方法分析了破片冲击起爆有无背板装药的情况. 数值仿真表明,由于背板对冲击波的反射作用使背板附近处冲击波压力幅值增加,从而使装药的临界起爆速度下降. 随着装药厚度的增加,背板对于装药的冲击起爆影响逐渐下降;背板材料对于反射冲击波幅值有所影响,但不同背板材料间装药临界起爆速度相差并不大.

     

    Abstract: For the sake of studying the influence of a rear barrier on the shock initiation of shielded explosives, shock initiation of explosives with and without a rear barrier by fragment was analyzed using the numerical simulation software. The simulations show that the shock wave reflection of the rear barrier can lead to higher pressure in the explosive near the rear barrier thus lowering the impact velocity required to detonate the explosive. But with the increase of the thickness of explosive, the influence of the rear barrier gradually declines. The material of the rear barrier has great influence on the amplitude reflection shock wave, but the critical velocity required to detonate the explosive between different barrier materials is not big.
