基于SOA构建省级公路水路安全畅通与应急处置系统

Safety Flowing and Emergency System Platform of Provincial Highway and Waterway Construction Based on SOA

  • 摘要: 为解决我国各省市电子政务系统在建设初期无统一规划导致数据之间与系统之间无法互联互通的问题,本文应用SOA(面向服务体系结构)具有松耦合、开放性及长期稳定的技术特点构建省级公路、水路安全畅通与应急处置系统;并以黑龙江省为例,通过面向服务的工作流技术构建系统,以适应黑龙江省分布、异构、动态的网络环境中政府的复杂应用需求,实现对系统从面向功能管理到面向业务过程管理的转移.

     

    Abstract: The lack of unified planning of E-government system in China leads to incapable interconnection among data and systems. In order to solve the problem, the technical characteristics like loose coupling, openness and long-term stability of service oriented architecture (SOA) were used to construct the safety flowing and emergency system of provincial highway and waterway, then Heilongjiang Province was taken as an example to construct the system through the oriented service workflow technology adapting to the distribution, heterogeneous, dynamic network environment of Heilongjiang government complicated application demand, and the transfer of the system from function management to business process management was realized in this paper.
