高速冲击下胀环结构缓冲器关键参数对缓冲效能影响的数值模拟

摘要: 本文在介绍胀环结构缓冲器降低弹载设备过载原理的基础上,应用LS-DYNA对其两个关键参数壁厚和半锥角进行数值模拟,得到弹载设备过载值随参数变化的关系. 结果表明:弹载设备过载随半锥角和壁厚呈线性变化关系,且半锥角<i<α</i<=24°、壁厚<i<t</i<=5 mm时,可获得最优缓冲时间.Abstract: With introducing the principle of decreasing overload of onboard equipment by expansion ring energy absorber, numerical simulation of two key parameters of the device utilizing LS-DYNA was performed in this paper. The results show that the overload of onboard equipment exhibits linear change with half cone angle and wall thickness. And when half cone angle <i<α</i<=24° and wall thickness <i<t</i<=5 mm, the cushioning time is the best.
