爆炸容器动态响应的三维数字图像相关方法实验研究

Dynamic Response of Explosion Bessel by 3D Digital Image Correlation

  • 摘要: 通过实验测量手段研究爆炸容器的动态响应和振动特性. 通过使用3D-DIC方法获取爆炸容器在不同炸药药量情况下工作过程中的变形场信息,对容器封头和侧壁中环面的测量结果进行频谱分析得到了两个部位的主要频率,确定了爆炸罐的振动频谱分布情况. 结合有限元模拟方法,使用ANSYS软件模态分析模块建立容器的有限元模型,得到了容器各阶振动模态的固有频率,与DIC结果对比确定了爆炸罐的主要振动模态和振型,证明了本方法在研究容器振动领域的可行性和可靠性.

     

    Abstract: The dynamic response and vibration performance of explosive vessel in working were studied by experiment and finite element method. 3D-DIC method was firstly used to study the working frequency spectrum characteristics of explosive vessel. The deformation fields of the cover and central shell surface with different masses of explosive were acquired through 3D-DIC method. The main frequency and frequency spectrum were analyzed by FFT method. The main vibration modes corresponding to the main vibration frequencies obtained from experiments were analyzed through comparing the experiment results with finite element results.
