弹丸斜侵彻钢筋混凝土极限壁厚试验研究

Experimental Study on the Limit Wall Thickness of Projectiles Oblique Impacting Reinforced Concrete Target

  • 摘要: 为研究斜侵彻钢筋混凝土时弹丸的极限壁厚,利用130 mm一级轻气炮作为发射平台,开展了不同壁厚弹丸斜侵彻钢筋混凝土试验. 通过试验结果对比分析了不同壁厚弹丸的结构响应特性,发现弹尾是整个弹丸结构强度较为薄弱的位置,在反射卸载波的作用下发生塑性变形较为明显,并得到了该试验条件下的量纲一极限壁厚. 研究结果可为侵彻弹丸的结构设计提供参考.

     

    Abstract: To study the limit wall thickness of projectiles oblique impacting reinforced concrete target, 130 mm one-stage light-gas gun system was used as a launching platform to develop the tests of different thickness projectiles oblique impacting reinforced concrete target. Comparatively analyzed the structural response characteristics of different thickness projectiles, it is found that the afterbody was the fragile region of structural strength, more significant plastic deformation occurred under the effect of the reflected unloading wave, and the dimensionless limit wall thickness was obtained under the experimental conditions. The results will provide some reference for the structural design of penetrating projectiles.
