Experimental Research on Failure Behavior of 35CrMnSi Steel During High Velocity Impact

  • 摘要: 研究高速侵彻下35CrMnSi钢弹体的失效行为. 对油、水二次淬火低温回火的35CrMnSi钢材进行静态拉伸,动态压缩力学性能测试及金相分析,通过高速侵彻低碳钢板实验掌握不同侵彻速度下35CrMnSi钢弹体的失效特征,对35CrMnSi钢弹体断裂失效处进行断口形貌的扫描电镜(SEM)微观观测,分析了不同侵彻速度下圆柱形35CrMnSi钢弹体的失效行为,依据一维冲击理论分析获得了高速侵彻下35CrMnSi钢弹体断裂失效行为发生的阈值条件,为相关研究提供了参考和借鉴.

     

    Abstract: The failure behavior of 35CrMnSi steel projectile during the high velocity impacting was investigated in this paper. The 35CrMnSi steel was treated with oil and water double-quenching and low temperature tempering, its static tensile strength and dynamic compressive mechanical properties were tested, and the metallographic was also analyzed. Using 35CrMnSi steel projectile to impact the low carbon steel plate, the failure characteristics at different velocities were got in the experiment; using scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) to inspect the microstructure of the fracture area, the failure behavior of the cylinder 35CrMnSi steel projectile at different velocities was analyzed. In accordance with the one-dimensional impact theory analysis, the fracture failure behavior threshold condition of 35CrMnSi steel projectile was finally got; it could be used as reference for relative researches.
