考虑履刺形状的履带板土壤推力研究

Research on Soil Shear Strength Considering the Shape of Grouser

  • 摘要: 考虑土壤水的质量分数和剪切速率推导履带板土壤推力.将履带板土壤推力分为作用于履带板底部的力、履刺底部的力、垂直于履刺剪切面上的力和作用于履带板两端的力,并分别进行了推导.创新性地考虑了履刺拔模角度和八字角度对履带板土壤推力的影响,最终得到新的履带板土壤推力公式.进行了实际履带板牵引试验,将试验结果与Bekker推力公式和Reece推力公式进行了对比,对新推力公式进行了验证.

     

    Abstract: Soil-track shoe thrust was derived based on the new soil shear formula considering soil water content and shear rate of soil-track shoe. Soil-track shoe thrust was divided into force of the bottom of track shoe, force of the bottom of grouser, force perpendicular to shear plane of grouser and forces acting on the sides of the track plates, which were deduced respectively. Finally a new soil-track shoe thrust model was constructed taking into account the impact of grouser draft angle and splay angle on soil thrust. Track shoe traction test was conducted to verify the effectiveness of the new thrust model.
