电动客车动力电池组分断防护仿真分析

Simulation Analysis on Breaking Protection of Power Battery Pack for Electric Bus

  • 摘要: 以提高侧碰撞工况下电动客车动力电池系统安全性为目标,提出了侧碰撞工况下电动客车动力电池组分断防护策略.建立了纯电动客车BK6122EV侧碰撞有限元模型,开展了动力电池组分断时刻及接触式碰撞传感器布置位置研究,确定了不同碰撞初速度工况下动力电池组分断时刻以及接触式碰撞传感器的布置方案.对于动力电池组被动安全防护具有重要理论意义和实践应用价值.

     

    Abstract: To improve the security of the side power battery pack for electric bus, the breaking protection strategy of the power battery pack was proposed. The side impact finite element model of electric bus BK6122EV was established, then the breaking time of power battery pack and the placement of contact impact sensors were studied. At last, the breaking time at different initial impact velocities and the placement principles of the relevant sensors were concluded. It is significant and valuable for the passive safety of the power battery pack.
