单轮车辆非线性悬架的最优阻尼匹配

Optimum Damping Match for the Single Wheel Vehicle Nonlinear Suspension

  • 摘要: 以单轮非线性刚度、非线性阻尼的悬架为对象,进行统计线性化分析,得到二自由度各响应均方根值的计算公式. Simulink仿真验证了关系式的正确性. 车身加速度均方根值是关于等效线性阻尼的凹函数,故存在唯一的等效阻尼系数可使车身加速度均方根值达到最小. 该结果可用于非线性悬架的匹配和阻尼半主动控制策略的实现.

     

    Abstract: Taking the single vehicle hydraulic suspension with nonlinear stiffness and damping as analyzing object, the explicit analytical formulas of vehicle ride comfort were worked out by the method of statistical linearization. Simulink simulation results prove that, the equations are correct. Moreover, according to the fact that body acceleration root mean square value is a concave function on the equivalent damping, namely, there is the only equivalent damping coefficient, which can make the body acceleration root mean square value be the minimum. The results can be used in the nonlinear damping match and strategy implementation of semi-active suspension control.
