基于EMD和最小二乘法的零漂处理方法研究

Research on Zero Drift Processing Method Using EMD and Least-Square

  • 摘要: 针对实测侵彻过载数据中存在的零漂问题,提出了一种零漂数据处理方法. 基于经验模态分解法提取信号趋势项部分,再以侵彻结束后的零漂趋势作为侵彻过程的零漂趋势,采用最小二乘法拟合后,分段完成修正处理. 用该方法对过载数据进行去除零漂处理,得到弹体过载的一次积分速度与实测速度的最大误差为4.88%,二次积分位移与实测行程的最大误差为9.41%. 研究表明:该方法消除过载数据的零漂准确有效,可以为计行程自适应起爆方式提供有效信息.

     

    Abstract: A method of processing zero drift data was proposed to solve the problem of zero drift existing in the measured penetration overload data. Based on the method of empirical mode decomposition to extract the signal trend term, the zero drift trend after penetration was employed as the trend during penetration. At last, segmentation correction process was completed using the least squares fitting. After using the methods introduced above to remove the zero drift of overload data, the maximal error between the single integral velocity and the measured velocity is 4.88% when overload happens to the projectile. The maximal error between the double integration displacement and the measured distance is 9.41%. The study shows that the EMD and least-square method can accurately and effectively eliminate the zero drift of overload data and provide useful information for the detonating-control technique of calculating penetration distance.
