| 基于城市作战的毁伤需求,采用数值模拟和试验研究相结合的方法,开展轴向预制活性破片战斗部研究,探究轴向预制破片战斗部威力影响规律,指导轴向预制破片战斗部的结构设计。首先,对轴向预制破片战斗部的威力影响因素进行仿真分析,分别对轴向预制破片战斗部的壳体厚度、破片形状和底部端盖厚度进行正交分析,通过极差分析等研究方法获得了使破片平均速度最优的战斗部结构组合以及各结构对破片速度的影响规律。然后,通过外场试验对轴向预制活性破片战斗部的毁伤效果进行验证。结果表明,与传统的破片战斗部相比,轴向预制活性破片战斗部不仅能够满足杀伤典型目标的毁伤密度要求,且具有良好的扩孔效应,验证了其在城市作战环境中的可行性和有效性. |

| Based on the damage requirements of urban warfare, this paper adopts a method combining numerical simulation and experimental research to conduct research on axial prefabricated active fragment warheads, exploring the influence laws of the power of axial prefabricated fragment warheads, and guiding the structural design of axial prefabricated fragment warheads. Firstly, the factors influencing the power of axial prefabricated fragment warheads were analyzed through simulation. Orthogonal analysis was conducted on the shell thickness, fragment shape, and bottom end cover thickness of axial prefabricated fragment warheads. Through research methods such as range analysis, the combination of warhead structures that optimizes the average speed of the fragments and the influence laws of each structure on the fragment speed were obtained. Then, the destructive effect of axial prefabricated active fragment warheads was verified through field tests. The results show that compared with traditional fragment warheads, axial prefabricated active fragment warheads not only can meet the damage density requirements for typical targets, but also have a good fragmentation effect. This verifies their feasibility and effectiveness in urban warfare environments. |
