Construction and Analysis of the Brain Network Simulation Platform Based on Matlab GUI

  • In order to facilitate scientific research and medical diagnosis, it is necessary to build an intuitive and friendly foundation platform for researching the brain network.The main frame of the platform was built based on Matlab GUI, and an example on the platform of network construction was given, analysis and display using EEG(electro encephalogram) signals during stimulating the Zusanli acupoint.This results show that the platform based on Matlab GUI is not only user-friendly, but also very convenient for processing and analyzing EEG data.This project will contribute for future research of brain network.
