Brain Functional Network Analysis of Sub-Healthy State with Insomnia in Resting State

  • Subjects of sub-healthy state with insomnia were chosen according to Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index to participate in the experiment.64-channel electroencephalography(EEG)signals of subjects in the resting state were recorded using 128-channel EEG system. We investigated the specific differences between subjects of sub-healthy state with insomnia and healthy subjects based on the analysis of EEG synchronism, the construction and analysis of brain functional networks, and the analysis of negative correlation properties. The results showed that the EEG synchronism of subjects in sub-healthy state with insomnia reduced, and the edges of the brain functional network decreased. The brain activity reduced and these differences were more obvious in the EEG negative correlation properties than positive correlation.
