Simulation of Vehicle Cabin Protection Based on Load Blast Enhanced Method

  • The dynamic response of the vehicle cabin subjected to mine blast was studied. A LS-DYNA software was used to simulate the response of four sides constrained target under five different TNT mass with ALE method and LBE method. Comparing the simulation results with experiment results, the correctness and superiority of the simulation method were verified. Meanwhile, the dynamic response was simulated based on the LBE method for vehicle cabin under three different TNT mass to get the results of stress and displacement. Compared with the experiment results, it is showed that the simulation results by LBE method are in good agreement with the experimental results, this method can be applied to simulation analyses for the blast damage to the vehicle cabin.
