Experimental Research on Nonlinear Metal Rubber Isolator Under Different Incentives

Abstract
Taking a certain type of metal rubber isolator as the research object, the static experiment and the dynamic experiment were carried out under the conditions of different sine excitations, the functional constitutive relation model was established based on double broken line, and the parameters of the metal rubber isolator in the conditions of different incentives were identified by particle swarm optimization. Comparing the experimental results with the identification results, the parameters change rule of the nonlinear metal rubber isolator was got under the conditions of different incentives. The result show that dynamic experiment should be done and the right parameters should be identified under the right incentives before the analysis of a nonlinear metal rubber vibration isolation system.
