Research on Cases of DSB Between China and US （2001-2013）

Examining the cases of Sino-US in DSB, as a country of the most active appeal in WTO, US receives few DSB cases from China, and these cases focus on trade remedies. As a rule-oriented mechanism, DSM does not require members to compulsively execute the DSB cases, so China should deal with DSB cases with a more positive attitude. In future, the paper advises China be in a practical point of view to implement DSB reports and to build a coordination mechanism, as well as do more preparation for evidence. And it is time to revalue the studies of Chinese International Economic Law in the new era.
