Analysis on the New Development of TPP’s International Maximum Protection of Intellectual Property Rights -Taking Some Rules of Copyright as the Pointcut

The TPP negotiation lead by The United States is of high degree of confidentiality, which makes the intellectual property Negotiation Text hidden taking the risk of interest imbalance. Through the analysis of this text, we can find the articles of temporary copy right, parallel import, the duration of protection, restriction and exception of right, copyright presumption have reflected the maximum trend of international protection of intellectual property rights, and then we can get the conclusion that the legal attribute of TPP text is "TRIPS-plus". Therefore, China should strengthen research on TPP legal system and attach importance to the role of non-governmental organizations in the role of supervision by public opinion. China should actively prepare corresponding plans and timely join the TPP negotiation to strive for the international discourse right.
