A Research on the Utilization Mechanism of Natural Science Foundation Achievement—Taking the Beijing Natural Science Foundation As an Example

Taking the Beijing Natural Science Foundation as an example and starting with the development of the modern basic researches, the importance of fundamental research on the economic and society development of Beijing was analyzed. And policy recommendations such as the implementation of the utilization strategy of natural science foundation achievement and the construction of utilization mechanism of natural science foundation achievement with a core of sharing information were proposed. And finally, recommendations were also proposed to promote the connection between the Beijing Natural Science Foundation and the Beijing Science and Technology Plan and the National Natural Science Foundation of China from the aspects of communication,information、projection、platform and human resources by establishing mechanisms of interrelation with National Natural Science Foundation establishing detailed standards for key projects' guidelines, strengthening information gathering and data mining, establishing a stable supportting mechanisms for the general program, creating a joint forum for the communication of the natural foundation achievement and organizing a joint advisory group etc.
