Research on the Abuse and Academic Value of Leishu

“Leishu” had a great influence on ancient Chinese people, which was an important tool for study and scholarly research. If“Leishu” was combined too closely with Literature and Imperial Examination or readers abused“Leishu” to pursue fame and fortune, “Leishu” inevitably moved towards fossilization and became “taji”, “douding”, “plagiarism” or “vulgar” book which led to serious criticism by people of knowledge. The thought of seeking quick success and gambling psychology of readers made its drawback worse day by day. However, the vitality of“Leishu” was tenacious and the importance of the presence was irreplaceable, which was the main reason for its long term existence.
