International Recognition and Global Governance of State Status Construction

Kosovo unilaterally declared its independence in 2008, and International Court of Justice delivered advisory opinion that the unilateral declaration of independence of Kosovo is in accordance with international law in 2010. Kosovo has not been recognized by extensive states, the degree and scope of capacity to enter into concrete international relations for Kosovo is limited. International recognition constitutes important proof for state status construction. Anyhow, state status construction is an acquirement of international subject Status, and the unilateral declaration of independence involves whole interest of international community and international order. International recognition constitutes basic content and method of global governance about state status construction order. States and international organizations and so on should take responsible actions according to existing international law principles, ideas and its development.
