Study on Scientific Research Achievements of Humanities and Social Science of Colleges and Universities Input

According to the 2007 and 2008 input-output data of colleges and universities in the humanities social sciences website of Ministry of Education of PRC, this paper evaluates the scientific research achievements of humanities and social science of colleges and universities using TOPSIS,and researches the contribution to the output of science and technology of the project research funds,non-project research funds, and the full-time equivalent of the scientific research personnel adopting quantile regression. The results show that,the scientific research personnel contribute the most, the project research funds rank the second place, and the non-project research funds contribute the least. Along with the increase of the scientific research output of colleges and universities, the elastic coefficient of the project funds decreases overall. The scientific research output has nothing to do with the non-project research funds in the colleges and universities of low output level. In the colleges and universities of higher scientific research level,the elastic coefficient of full-time equivalent of the scientific research personnel is lower.
