Study on Emergency Logistics Storage Facility Location of Military-Civilian Integration

With the further development of China's national economy and in-depth practice of the people's interest first philosophy, a nationwide effective emergency prevention and rescue system has become a very urgent construction goal. The construction of military-civilian integration emergency logistics can make the quality of personnel more professional, the deployment of logistics more efficient, materials management more unified. However, the construction of military-civilian integration logistics couldn't be processed with just a simple plan economic mode, but requires scientific research method and management means. There are few researches on practical application of military-civilian integration emergency logistics management. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process method is applied to effectively analyze various factors affecting the location of emergency supplies storage facilities, and format them into different weights value. Taking into account various different related constraints including military and the actual situation, a more objective optimal site solution is finally obtained.
