The Legal Frame of the Commercialization of China’s Space Activties

China has made remarkable progress in outer space activities in recent years,but the progress in the commercialization field is much less remarkable. Until now China still does not have a comprehensive outer space law. This situation causes much difficulties for the private enterprises to invest in outer space industry. In order to promote the commercialization of outer space activities,China need a comprehensive law. This law should permit private enterprises to take part in space activities and at the same time,their liabilities should be qualified. Tax and finance support policy is also necessary.
