On the Historical Changes in South Lane Drums and “Humanistic Beijing”Construction

The construction of“Humanistic Beijing” needs the support of innovation,which can promote the integration and sublimation of culture, so as to enhance the degree of civilization and promote innovation-driven“culture Beijing”building. The commercial developments of North and South Luogu Lanes are the inevitable results of historical and cultural changes,with the combination of Beijing folk culture and creativity. This study concluded that：First,North and South Luoguxiang authenticity protection needs the interpretation of “Xi'an Declaration” analytical framework. Second,there is a need to strengthen Beijing Hutong Culture(North and South Luogu Lanes)heritage tourism products and experiences. Third,we should look for an appropriate commercialization method for historical and cultural blocks. Fourth,emphasis should be put on heritage conservation, innovation, and “humanistic Beijing” building as well as the interaction between the three.
