Analysis on Influence Factors of Implementation of Cultivated Land Protection Institution in China

Methods of literature material and correspondence analysis were employed to analyze the internal causes and external causes influencing implementation of cultivated land protection institution during the period 1978 to 2008 in China, and to reveal influence paths and interactions of various factors, and to provide reference for the better protection of cultivated land in China. Results show that the dominant factors affecting the implementation of cultivated land protection institution were different in different periods. The internal causes and external causes which affected the implementation of cultivated land protection institution had a certain relationship during a certain period;they interacted and formed a linkage mechanism, and strengthened or weakened the effects of the implementation of cultivated land protection institution. The improvement of the comparative benefits of cultivated land use and protection,making the microscopic principals—farmers receive economic benefits in the process of cultivated land protection,provide a direction for completing the cultivated land protection institution and enhancing the effects of the implementation of cultivated land protection institution in this stage in China.
