Study on Entrepreneur Personality from Multi-disciplinary Perspective

The thesis expounds the profile，the gain and loss of the research on entrepreneur personality using documentary analysis. It briefly analyses the connotation of entrepreneur personality，personality trait and relation of entrepreneur personality and other factors in the personality，career and management psychology; the connotation of entrepreneur personality，personality trait and education in the pedagogy. The results of the research manifest the relation between entrepreneur personality and life; simultaneously，the research need the perspective of multi-disciplinary and culture，and to understand each other between psychology and pedagogy. It inspires the enterprise education in higher school to attach importance to education of entrepreneur personality，and it transcends the utilitarian aim and leads the enterprise education in higher school to return to the nature of education.
