Study on the Principal-agent Problems in Eco-industry Chain

Principal-agent relationship exists in upstream and downstream enterprises of Eco-industry Chain. Based on the analysis of principal-agent problem and its structure model，this paper studied the moral hazard problem by using game theory. The results show that downstream enterprises as an agent can make upstream enterprises’profit in connection with the level of their efforts through incentive mechanism，thus maximizing downstream enterprises’expected revenue.
